Sonja Campbell is a seasoned marketing professional with a robust background in digital marketing strategies, lead generation, and revenue enhancement across various industries. Since January 2017, she has served as the Marketing Director at Foundation Research Associates, where she introduced and implemented digital marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and revenue across various industries. Prior to this, Sonja worked at SourceMedia as a Senior Marketing Manager from May 2005 to January 2017, overseeing significant revenue contributions, developing multi-channel marketing plans, and managing substantial marketing budgets while performing competitive analysis and campaign performance tracking. Earlier in her career, she held a position as Online Customer Service Coordinator/Manager at Silver Carrot, Inc., where she was responsible for customer service management and email marketing.
In her role as Chief Program Officer at The Xamayca Foundation, Sonja leverages her extensive marketing expertise to advance the foundation's mission of empowering Jamaican communities through healthcare delivery, education, and sustainability initiatives. Her strategic vision and leadership are instrumental in developing and implementing programs that address critical health challenges, promote healthy living, and integrate sustainable healthcare technologies. Sonja's commitment to community empowerment and her proficiency in program development ensure that The Xamayca Foundation effectively meets its goals of expanding healthcare access, providing health education, and embracing technological advancements to improve health outcomes in Jamaica.
Sonja holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and is known for her innovative approach to program management and her dedication to creating impactful community initiatives.
