With a wealth of experience serving in leadership roles in the non-profit and b-corp space, Shahla is truly passionate about mission-oriented organizations contributing to the advancement and empowerment of society.  As a seasoned client success and operations leader, she has built her career at the intersection of impactful missions and achieving successful business results. 

Having directly worked with children in Jamaica, the mission of the Xamayca foundation has special meaning for her.  She currently serves as the Global Vice President of Operations at the Center for Creative Leadership. She also advises mission-oriented startups and non-profits.  Shahla holds a M.A. in Leadership Studies from The University of San Diego. She received her B.A. in Communication from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Originally from California, she now resides in New Jersey with her husband and two sons.
