This experience fueled his lifelong mission to build a healthcare system that is inclusive, technology-driven, and accessible to all Jamaicans.

Sean’s extensive career in leadership, technology, and nonprofit management has equipped him with the skills to lead large-scale social impact initiatives. Sean held executive leadership positions in major organizations, including Time Warner Cable, the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, and SmartBear Software. His expertise in technology, governance, and operational efficiency has enabled him to scale impact-driven initiatives and drive measurable results.
