TheXF Founder

Sean Anderson is a visionary leader, healthcare advocate, and social impact strategist dedicated to creating transformative change in underserved communities. As the Founder of the Xamayca Foundation, Sean brings together his expertise in leadership, technology, and nonprofit management to expand healthcare access, education, and sustainable development across Jamaica.

A Mission Rooted in Personal Experience

Born and raised in rural Jamaica, Sean developed a deep understanding of healthcare disparities in underserved communities. His commitment to healthcare reform is deeply personal—after losing his grandmother to a preventable illness due to limited access to medical care, he vowed to ensure that no one else suffers simply because of where they live. This experience fueled his lifelong mission to build a healthcare system that is inclusive, technology-driven, and accessible to all Jamaicans.

Professional Background & Expertise

Sean’s extensive career in leadership, technology, and nonprofit management has equipped him with the skills to lead large-scale social impact initiatives. Sean held executive leadership positions in major organizations, including Time Warner Cable, the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, and SmartBear Software. His expertise in technology, governance, and operational efficiency has enabled him to scale impact-driven initiatives and drive measurable results.

The Xamayca Foundation: Driving Impact for Jamaica
With a strong foundation in enterprise leadership, digital transformation, and community development, Sean established the Xamayca Foundation with a clear mission:
  • Healthcare Delivery & Empowerment – Training midwives, clinicians, and first responders to provide life-saving care.
  • Healthy Living Education – Teaching communities about preventative care, nutrition, and disease prevention.
  • Sustainable Healthcare Technology – Leveraging telemedicine, mobile health clinics, and AI-driven diagnostics to reach remote areas.

Under his leadership, the foundation is working to bridge the healthcare gap by integrating innovative health solutions, community-driven initiatives, and sustainable development strategies.

Education & Thought Leadership

Sean holds an MBA from the University of Cumbria (UK) and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Technology (Jamaica). His research on Corporate Social Responsibility and AI Ethics underscores his commitment to ethical leadership, technology-driven solutions, and sustainable social impact.
