Horace is a seasoned technology executive with a distinguished career spanning not-for-profit, municipal government, telecommunications, and healthcare. While serving as Chief Information Officer at World Vision Canada, he was instrumental in advancing Digital Transformation, scaling Agile practices, Application and Infrastructure Management, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security and fostering Disruptive Innovation. 

Horace has also been responsible for driving key programs in Artificial Intelligence, Business Transformation, and Customer Digital Experience enhancement.  Academically, Horace holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Management Studies and has completed Executive Education in Digital Business Strategy. He is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and SAFe Agilist.  

Outside of his professional life, Horace enjoys volunteering through his church, golfing, watching sports, traveling with his wife, reading, and taking walks with his dog.
